1. Introduction

2. Scope of Offerings
gardenao provides three categories: (a) Services involving on-site installation and calibration, (b) Digital Products such as e-guides and software tools, and (c) Physical Products comprising garden kits and hardware components.
3. Services
Scheduling and Changes: After fee settlement, we will confirm a date and time for your smart watering setup or plant-health sensing session. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment by using our Contact Form. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, a full reimbursement of the service fee will be issued. Once the session begins, resources are committed and no reimbursement is available.
4. Digital Products
Delivery and Access: Digital Products are delivered instantly via download link. Because access is immediate, requests for reimbursement cannot be honored after the file has been accessed. If technical issues prevent download, please notify us and we will arrange full reimbursement.
5. Physical Products
Shipping and Inspection: Physical Products ship within three business days. If you wish to ship back a Product, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and arrive at our Zurich address within 30 days of delivery. After inspection, we will reimburse the paid fees minus any shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for shipping costs to send back the item.
6. Fee Payments
All fees are due at time of order. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout.
7. Refund Policy
gardenao is committed to customer satisfaction. Categories above specify when a reimbursement applies. Reimbursements are processed within fourteen business days via the original payment channel. Unused service time credits may be transferred to a future session upon agreement; please use our Contact Form to arrange a new date. Services expressly involve resource allocation and are not subject to reimbursement once commenced.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gardenao is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our offerings.
